Inspection of complete excavator track undercarriage is ongoing in our workshop. Technicians conduct comprehensive checks on the track frame, track shoes, chain and rollers after hoisting assembly. The track undercarriage serves as the main load-bearing component of excavators, directly affecting the machine’s trafficability and service life on mining, rocky and muddy job sites. We independently manufacture full sets of walking undercarriages. Thickened wear-resistant track plates and reinforced frames are adopted for our 50-ton and 60-ton heavy-duty mining excavators to resist rock impact and reduce abrasion. Standard quality inspection runs through structural welding, assembly and overall testing of track assemblies. Together with our self-produced reinforced boom components, the two critical load-bearing parts are fully developed and manufactured in-house to guarantee precise fitting. Custom heavy-duty undercarriage solutions are available for open-pit mining and quarry operations. As an original excavator manufacturer, we produce core structural components internally to stabilize quality. OEM customization and bulk export services are supported. Our machines are delivered to mining and infrastructure projects across Africa, Central Asia and West Asia.
