The welding operation of heavy-duty excavator booms is underway in our production workshop. Our skilled welders carry out multi-layer welding on high-strength thick steel components in strict accordance with technical specifications. The working attachment is the core load-bearing part of an excavator, which directly determines the durability of machines under heavy-duty conditions such as mining and quarrying. We adopt wear-resistant thick steel plates and mature welding technology to control welding quality and reduce risks of deformation and cracking. Standardized inspection procedures are implemented throughout cutting, forming, welding and flaw detection. With independent production capacity for structural parts, we provide customized reinforced booms and sticks, suitable for earthmoving, rock breaking, open-pit mining and other working conditions. As an original construction machinery manufacturer, we independently produce core structural components to guarantee consistent machine quality.
